How long does my order take to ship?
If you place an order that includes a lab package, please be aware of the following process: Once your payment is received, your order will be promptly submitted through the practitioner portal directly to the laboratory company. They will then ship the product to the address you provided during checkout. It's important to note that the entire process, from the moment you place your order to its external processing, typically takes approximately 2-3 weeks. However, please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on the laboratory company. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated during this process.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, international shipping is not available on the current packages. The current services are available within Australia. If you are located outside of Australia, please feel free to make contact, as we may be able to accommodate your needs however prices may vary due to external partnerships.
What is your cancellation policy?
For 1:1 coaching packages, you have the option to cancel your purchase prior to the commencement of services and you will receive a full refund of your purchase price. However, once the coaching services have begun, the package cannot be refunded. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. You have the option to reschedule individual coaching appointments within your package. Please make contact in advance to reschedule appointments to a suitable time. I am committed to providing you with the highest level of support and flexibility. If you have any questions, need to cancel your package, or wish to reschedule an appointment, please don't hesitate to contact me as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the lab test kits and partnership with external providers, I regret to inform you that once an order is placed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled or returned. This policy is in place to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the testing process.
